2021 Vendor Registration Timing/Important Dates
We are accepting online registrations for this year’s festival to be held the weekend of Sept 11-12, 2021. Returning vendors will notice changes to some aspects of the process (system, payment method, etc). If you have any questions or problems, please contact our Vendor Coordinator.
To maximize your publicity and new business opportunities, we recommend you submit your booth application as soon as possible – well before the following dates:
The deadline for booth applications is August 20, 2021.
After August 27, all booth fee payments are non-refundable.
July 16 is the latest date to be fully paid and confirmed and receive a booth name listing in our annual Festival Program (booklet distributed to attendees).
August 27 is the latest date to be fully paid and confirmed and have your listing shown as a 2021 Vendor on the Festival website by the time the Festival begins.
(NOTE: If for any reason your booth is confirmed/paid after August 27, your booth listing onsite may not be added to our website until after the Festival ends (estimated update by Sept 30) All vendors (vendor name and link) will remain posted until approximately July 1, 2022.)
Your booth location assignment and parking pass will be mailed out by September 3.
The dates above are estimates that are not entirely in our control and are subject to change. Dates will be updated here if/when they change. If you’re considering a booth during late summer but are not confirmed or paid yet, please check the deadlines on this page frequently to ensure your registration can be completed in time for maximum benefits. you can always contact our Vendor Coordinator for last minute decisions after these dates, but we cannot guarantee availability.
In short, early registration is highly recommended!
You might want to check out the Festival’s other promotional opportunities! These business “boosting” programs will help get your name and brand awareness out into the community and to thousands of festival attendees and friends. We can often tailor these opportunities to your needs and offer VERY affordable pricing – some is even FREE! For example:
- You might want to consider walking/riding in the Festival Parade (FREE!!),
- Placing a program booklet ad (starting at just $60!);
- Becoming a Festival Sponsor (many levels of support available); or
- Donating raffle basket content – whether your company’s products/services or other items of value.
