Vendor Registration Information:

Registration for the 2022 Reisterstown Festival is now open.

All booth pricing, rules, and set up details are all found on this page (Please note some documents/dates are pending final updates).

Any vendors who submit an application are not fully registered until confirmed and paid. Please note that we may need to deny a booth application for various reasons. The most common reason is to protect the interests of existing registered vendors (i.e.: if there are enough similar vendors already registered, we will not accept more.). This screening helps ensure you and other vendors have a successful Festival and ensures variety for attendees as well.

If you provide your business’s website address (link) on the Booth Registration system, we will publish that link along with your company/organization name on this website  through July 1 of the following year. (Please note dates that may affect the timing/distribution of this link.  It is another reason to register asap!)

Step 1

Review the information below to learn more about vendor policies and pricing. Click the Register button to be directed to the Booth Registration site (a new browser window will open).

Step 2

Select the vendor booth type that best matches your booth by clicking 'Add to Cart'. Once you've selected the correct booth type for your booth, click 'Check Out'.

Step 3

You will be prompted to create a user account. Create your vendor account, and complete all necessary fields within the vendor application. Be sure to click 'Submit' to complete your application.

Step 4

You're all finished! Your vendor application now heads to our Vendor Committee, who will review your application and confirm your reservation or reach out with any questions. After you are confirmed, you'll be notified to sign and upload/send any required documentation that we need (health permit, insurance, etc.). and you'll be given an option to pay by credit card or mail a check to us. You'll also want to be sure to begin promoting your participation in the Festival via your mailing lists, websites, social media, advertising, etc. or through the Festival's other promotional opportunities (Program Book Ads, Parade Participation, Sponsorship or Raffle Basket donations). For best results, you'll want to promote regularly and offer details/incentives to visit your booth at the Festival!
The deadline for booth applications will be approx. August 20, 2022.

2022 Vendor Information:

To help you get familiar with our booth opportunities, these documents explain pricing and other key factors involved in having a booth at the Reisterstown Festival:

1. Festival “Sample” Booth Application

This sample application is for reference only; it’s a convenient summary of booth pricing, types, and terms. It is not our actual booth application nor a component of or alternative to our new online Booth Application process. As of March, 2022, Booth applications can now completed and submitted in their entirety using our new online Festival Registration System (EventHub).  Access the new Registration System by clicking on a “Registration” button below.

2.   2022 Reisterstown Festival Rules and Regulations

2022 Vendor Registration Timeline:

We are now accepting online registrations for this year’s festival to be held the weekend of Sept 10-11, 2022!  Returning vendors will notice changes to some aspects of the process (system, payment method, etc).  If you have any questions or problems when this is released, please contact our Vendor Coordinator.

To maximize your publicity and new business opportunities, we will recommend you submit your booth application as early as possible – well before the following pending dates:

The deadline for booth applications will be approx. August 12, 2022.  Any received after this date may or may not be processed depending on space and types of booth.
After approx. August 27, all booth fee payments will be non-refundable.
July 16 (approx) will be the last day to be registered and paid and be listed in our annual Festival Program (booklet distributed to attendees).
August 27 (approx) will be the last day registered and be shown as a 2022 Vendor on the Festival website by the time the Festival begins.
(NOTE: If for any reason your booth is confirmed/paid after that day, your booth listing onsite may not be added to our website until after the Festival ends (estimated update by Sept 30) All vendors (vendor name and link) will remain posted until approximately July 1, 2023.)
Your booth location assignment and parking pass will be mailed out by approx. September 3.

The dates above are estimates that are not entirely in our control and are subject to change. Dates will be updated here if/when they change.  If you’re considering a booth during late summer but are not confirmed or paid yet, please check the deadlines on this page frequently to ensure your registration can be completed in time for maximum benefits.  you can always contact our Vendor Coordinator for last minute decisions after these dates, but we cannot guarantee availability.
In short, early registration is highly recommended!

You might want to check out the Festival’s other promotional opportunities!  These business “boosting” programs will help get your name and brand awareness out into the community and to thousands of festival attendees and friends. We can often tailor these opportunities to your needs and offer VERY affordable pricing – some is even FREE!  For example:

  • You might want to consider walking/riding in the Festival Parade (FREE!!),
  • Placing a program booklet ad (starting at approx. $60 (2022 rate TBD);
  • Becoming a Festival Sponsor (many levels of support available); or
  • Donating raffle basket content – whether your company’s products/services or other items of value.

Additional details on these opportunities are available on this site, and also will be shared periodically on our social media, particularly our Facebook Page!  Be sure to LIKE and follow our Facebook page to stay in the loop and maximize your Festival “ROI” (i.e., return on investment – aka RESULTS)!  You are also encouraged to post, comment, and share our content and/or your festival-related content to promote your presence and the Festival itself.  We appreciate your support!!
