As a self-funded program of the Reisterstown Area Recreation and Parks Council (a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization known locally as the Reisterstown Rec Council or RRC), we request and receive dozens of donations of goods/services annually from area businesses, individuals, and organizations to help us operate, fund, and improve the festival. The number of businesses, organizations, and others willing to help with these donations is a big reason we have been able to offer and continue our festival tand parade traditions for over 3 decades.
