Visit Hannah More's Jewel: St. Michael’s Chapel (Saturday, 9/10, 10:30am til 12:30pm)

Only once a year, old St. Michael’s Chapel on the Hannah More campus is open for inspection by the public.   Be sure to stop by this pre-Civil War architectural jewel for a free visit.  Experience its Gothic Revival style, original brick flooring, outstanding stained-glass windows, while learning about its 162-year history.  This oldest building on the grounds no longer functions as a church but is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

Star-Spangled Banner (Saturday 9/10, 12pm)

Continuing a festival tradition, we will have a local resident singing the National Anthem at the Main Stage.  This year's rendition will be sung by Raquel Hyatt.  Raquel is 16 and is a junior at Friends School of Baltimore. Raquel has appeared in many musicals such as Fiona in Shrek, Adelaide in Guys and Dolls, and Belle in Beauty and the Beast. In addition to musical theater, Raquel enjoys playing lacrosse, the acoustic guitar, taking voice lessons, and dancing. ***Update: Check out this YouTube video of her  awesome performance!***


Big Screen TV!

Catch all the important Orioles and Ravens game action on a big screen TV located in the Beer Tent.  Other games will be shown when it's not O's or Ravens time.  (Weather permitting)

Harbor City Chorus Group (Barbershop group)


The Harbor City Chorus Group has been bringing Barbershop harmony to the Baltimore area since 1944.  This group specializes in men's a cappella harmonies and is affiliated with the Baltimore Harmony Society.  On Sunday 9/11, you can catch the group strolling the festival site, performing God Bless America (1pm) near the Main Stage, and at 1:30pm doing a brief concert in the Family Fun Area.
